Supporting the Fortuna Library

Us northern California authors happily signed our new books at a fundraiser during Fortuna Library Day. Eureka Books provided the books and a percentage of the profit went to the Fortuna library.

Natasha Wing is celebrating her latest release in her Night Before series, “The Night Before St. Patrick’s Day.” Mary Nethery’s book, “Two Bobbies: A True Story of Hurricane Katrina, Friendship and Survival”, written with Kirby Larson, received a 2009 IRA Teacher’s Choice Award. And Barbara Kerley’s new biography, “What to do About Alice?” is a Boston Globe-Horn Book Honor Book.

Thanks to our fans in Fortuna who stopped by to purchase books and visit with us. And to Jane DeHaan for organizing this event, and the Fortuna Library for hosting the venue. If you missed the signing, another great way to support the library is to check out books!
