My publisher just sent me 75 copies of my new book set to release January 16th called The Night Before My Birthday. I am doing a Birthday Book Blog Tour from January 13-18. If you would like to participate, please contact me for your free review copy and a copy to use as a giveaway on your blog at natashawing@gmail.com.

If these blog dates don’t work for you, but you’d still like to review the book or interview me, don’t hesitate to still request a copy.

My publicist and I will both post your review on our sites to direct new readers your way.

There’s a mishap before the birthday party, but not even kitty can stop the celebration.

Singing iTunes

Available in both paperback and ebook

I’m old school when it comes to reading books. I prefer paper copies. For me it’s about the solidness, the feel of the book cover, the seeing where I am in the book and how close I am to finishing it, and then physically handing someone a “gift” when I’m done. But I’m no fool. E-books have their place and purpose, too. The bottom line is: children and adults are reading!

So on that note, welcome to the world of Natasha Wing books on iTunes. Here you can find my Night Before books plus a title that has gone out of print but has been resuscitated as a narrated book with sound – Merry Thanksgiving.

If you’re a school with little to no budget for bringing in an author, don’t forget about grants!

There’s one offered through the Society of Children’s Book Writers & Illustrators that will pay for an author to come in plus provide extra money for books. It’s the Amber Brown Grant set up in honor of Paula Danzinger whose famous character was Amber Brown.

The deadline is April 1st for this year. You can also submit again in the fall from November 1-April 1. It’s an easy application to fill out. Here’s the link: GRANT
